Starting a business and/or buying real estate is very realistic for high wage earners. High wage earners are in a unique position in that they make more money than they need to live. That may sound very basic, but it is important to realize that most of the people in this country are not in this enviable position. Nevertheless, venturing into the entrepreneurial world does require a bit of legwork starting with financial education. This site and many other resources are available to get caught up in this regard. Like everything else, once that theoretical education is learned, it must be implemented via experience which may include some failures along the way. Nothing in life worth having is ever easy to obtain.

While I strongly encourage independent experience in business and investing, many professionals are simply too busy for this but still want to create multiple streams of income. I have been approached on a number of occasions by my fellow professionals asking if they can invest alongside with me in some of the projects that I am looking at and even in some of my own deals.

If that sounds like you, please submit the form below and I will schedule a call with you to understand your investing goals and get to know you personally. Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirming that it was you who filled out the form and not someone secretly trying to make you more money on your investments 🙂 Once I get that confirmation, I will reach out to you and start the process of creating our relationship. Many private placement offerings require a pre-established relationship for an investor to be involved so I would suggest that we try to get to know each other sooner rather than later.

Please note that all investments that I am involved with require you to be an accredited investor. The SEC defines this as an individual who makes greater than $200,000 (or $300,000 if filing jointly) OR a combined net worth of greater than $1 million.
